The CO2 Coaching Process involves three steps:

  • Assessment:  Analyze the business, stakeholders and leadership needs.  Identify coaching program outcomes. 
  • Action:  Develop monthly coaching plans; conduct one-on-one business coaching sessions; facilitate team, organizational alignment and/or board sessions.
  • Accountability:  Review coaching outcomes; gather feedback from bosses, peers, team and board members; track performance based on defined metrics
