About CO2 Partners

"While I honestly wasn't conscious of it, Gary's notion of 'leading by asking' nicely captures my own style. This approach creates a more collegial attitude, it opens dialogue and shows respect for those who are closer to and have responsibility for the issues. In many cases it is also appropriate because each generation seems to be smarter than the last. As a tool, Gary's book can raise everyone's awareness of the social and intellectual power of asking rather than telling."

Our Approach

Executive Coaching

The CO2 Coaching Process involves three steps:

  • Assessment:  Analyze the business, stakeholders and leadership needs.  Identify coaching program outcomes.
  • Action:  Develop monthly coaching plans; conduct one-on-one business coaching sessions; facilitate team, organizational alignment and/or board sessions.
  • Accountability:  Review coaching outcomes; gather feedback from bosses, peers, team and board members; track performance based on defined metrics

Every CO2 coach has a foundation of experience in leadership and executive development.  In addition, we specialize in related areas that can have a significant impact on your ability to succeed:

There’s nothing cookie-cutter about our approach. That’s because leaders have unique, core assumptions about how the world works. By posing questions, we help you step back and challenge these assumptions, explore whether they’re true or false, and make valuable connections between assumptions and leadership effectiveness.

Whether you ask us to partner as a single coach or a team of practitioners, our goal is to know you so well you’ll always get what you need…and you’ll never be surprised.
