Peter Drucker – Asking The right Question

Peter Drucker suggested that if leaders ask, “what can I contribute?” Instead of askinging, “how can I achieve?” they will be so much more effective.

Marilee Adams, a friend, a psychologist, an author, wrote the book, Change Your Question, Change Your Life, would suggest that simply changing the question will have dramatically change the course of events in your organization, team or self.
