Peter Coleman has been helping business owners achieve their visions for many years, through a wide-ranging business development in advertising, sales, operations, finance, administration and general management roles from Fortune 500 companies to startups. He has held senior vice-president positions in several $10-$100 million revenue companies from single location to multi-state operations models.

His practical approach to complex problems helped him create large cost savings through operations streamlining, employee development andretention, team building, and systems integration.  He has a relentless bottom-line focus on continuous improvement and maximizing potential for any organization. 

Since 2003, Peter has run a business coaching and advisory service for small- to medium-sized businesses that are looking to grow and prosper. As a Business Coach, he uses the insight and wisdom gained in many challenging situations to bring the business owner or leader into synch with his or her team, organization and culture. Peter has a B.A. degree from Loyola University, Chicago, Illinois.  He and his wife have resided for almost 20 years on a 40-acre farm in Montrose, MN, where they enjoy riding their horses and living the "Green Acres" dream.
