Evans joined CO2Partners following an executive management career at both Fortune 100 and start up organizations. From experience, Evans carries the firm belief that organizational performance is derived less from what you are taught and more from what is practiced. He brings to CO2Partners the unique ability to translate theory into a pragmatic tool kit that is relevant in senior management environments.
Prior to CO2Partners, Evans held variety of executive general management roles where mentoring executives and building effective and productive relationships drove much of his business achievements. After receiving his MBA in Marketing from the NYU Stern School of Business, Evans has had leading roles for several notable businesses:

More importantly, Evans and his team created a whole new productive environment rising from a history of underperformance.

Relying upon his acumen to develop individuals and building teams, Evans was able to tap the organizational potential of 2000 employees in over 15 countries and “make it happen” in a difficult post-acquisition environment. Managing a business as complex as this with personal responsibility the profit and loss, Evans understands that inspired personal performance and building teams in a cross-cultural environment is critical to earning performance.
Evans also was also instrumental in the start up of Eos Airlines, a premium only class airline with service between London & New York. Through strong internal team working and decisive personnel moves, sales grew 10 fold in just 12 months and unseated long time winners, Virgin Atlantic and British Airways, as Best Long Haul Airline of the Year.
In his tenure, Evans has held many senior executive roles in very diverse settings. He has worked for New and Old Economy companies, start ups and Fortune 100’s, and domestic and international entities such as Cendant, CheapTickets.com, Ebookers.com, Clairol, Mead Johnson, Bristol-Myers Squibb.
