    While I was not familiar with the Karpman Drama Triangle, this model and article do a good job of explaining how these interactions can negatively impact an organization.  I especially liked the termination alternative as the most effective way to change these types of behaviors.  It also seemed to me that each of the 3 roles assume the “poor me victim mentality” at some point as the drama unfolds and resources are wasted..
