What Is Just Ask Leadership Training?

Just Ask Leadership Training is a 2-day program that focuses on enhancing a leader’s capabilities to ask the right questions at the right time to engage their team and maximize results. Participants will learn simple yet powerful skills and tools that will transform how they lead their team. They will also gain insight into their own leadership behavior through 360° feedback, coaching and real-world practice. This training is very interactive and practical. By the end of the program, participants will see tangible change in their leadership behavior and feel more confident in their ability to engage their team.
