When a new search assignment begins, we start with our existing database of candidates.
Our networks and databases are extensive, but we are always on the lookout for uniquely qualified individuals who have that special skill set, experience, or geographic preference that is requested by hiring executives.
There are a few steps that must be taken before we send your resume to a client.
We will contact you to discuss your current situation and your interests.
After careful review of your resume and our available assignments we will contact you regarding your possible interest in the opening.
Individuals in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area will also meet with a representative of CO2 in person to discuss the opportunity in more detail and determine how well your strengths fit the needs of our client.
Once we have a candidate that we feel is an appropriate match to the career opportunity, we will forward their resume and cover letter to our client. This begins the process of working toward a positive resolution to the search assignment.
