I decided to go out and make a video called free hugs Minneapolis. It was emotionally difficult and pushed many buttons for me inside and I moved past them and with a great deal of moral support from friends and co-workers that you will see in this film, created our own Free Hugs Minneapolis video. Feel free to share the hugs with one or all of your friends. I would love to see the effect of how sharing hugs by video can change the world in a small way. If you feel so inclined give a hug to someone soon – it will change their and your day.
