Right Management asked employees, “Have you been approached by another company with a job offer in the past year?”
Forty-five percent of respondents answered, “Yes.”
Many employees will not take job offers in down markets because of fear of it not working out. The fear of loss is more powerful than the excitement of gain. This fear will wane as the economy continues to improve. It is time to get refocused on your talent.
